I HAVE GOT 4 A1's AND 1 B1 in MY CBSE CLASS X SA-1 EXAMINATION.AND MY FA3 AND FA4 OVERALL CGPA WAS 8.965 AND 8.8 RESPECTIVELY.CAN I GET 10 CGPA? How?

No, you can't get 10 CGPA because you have one B1 grade and FA's are not even that good - 8.8 CGPA.....you must be near some 9.6 CGPA.....
