If you are growing some wheat plants with some other plants in your garden, it will not be called a wheat crop, because a plant can be called a crop only if a large number of the same plant are grown over a large area for commercial and feeding purposes.

This way, a crop can be defined as:
a large no. of same plants grown over a large scale for commercial or feeding purposes.

This Is The Reason The Wheat Plant In Your Garden Can Not Be Called a Wheat Crop.
