Question

I have heard that there is a rule that on roads having street lights all vehicles should move with DIMMER light but I see almost all SEDAN and HUTCH BACK cars move with lights in DIPPER in our vehicle we do DIMMER but they don't do that . I may be wrong can anyone help me to clear this doubt.

No dude we can use both Dimmers as well as Dippers...
Dippers is used when a car is coming in front of u and u want to go first  ....
And Dimmers is used in when we have to park a vechicle........
