i have heared a different version . democracy is off the people . far the people and buy the people . why dont we accept that ?

You might have got a wrong version
It is always 'Democracy of the people, for the people and by the people' since the democratic government is formed by people (through elections) and hence the elected representatives put forth people's interests, opinions etc in the Parliament
