i have insomnia..it's about 4:00 am now and i'm so tired but can't sleep this keep happening to me from the last 2 weeks ..i don't want to use any medicines ..so any advice please ..how can i get rid of insomnia?

1. wake up at same time each day
2.exercise regularly
3.make your sleeping environment comfortable
4.do not eat or drink right going to bed
5. limit naps
6.get all your worryings over before going to bed
7.reduce stress by meditation and breathing exercises
8. consider participating in cognitive therapy
