you should share your feelings with parents or friends
Try yoga,it really works just spent five minutes
doing yoga will make you relax as well as it will increase the concentration power
Try to express your self

Every adolescent and old are facing a lot of stress, this drecarese your happy hormone. Things don't get better by worrying about it. There is always things to be happy about, find it. On my personal experiences, doing Mediation helps a lot. The effect is, it increases our concentration. Breakdown difficult skills into smaller ones. Focus on one sub skills at a time. Celebrate your mistake and LEARN from them. Monitor your progress, do analysis of your mistakes. Life is awesome, make the most of it. Be an optimist.
