  • We have to evaluate the above expression by using the given data.

           Given data:-

              a) (3+4+7)\times2.\\b)(\frac{1}{2} )-3.\\c)(-3)-2.

         To find:- Value of above expression.

         Solution:-

  • To solve the above equation we will follow the BODMAS rule.
  • BODMAS is an order of mathematic operations.
  • BODMAS rule is to be followed while solving expressions in mathematics.

       It stands for,

          B= bracket

           O= order of power or rules

           D= division

           M= multiplication

           A= addition

           S=subtraction

         Therefore,

      a)

          (3+4+7)\times7\\\Rightarrow 14\times 7\\\Rightarrow 98.

    b)

          (\frac{1}{2})-3\\\Rightarrow -\frac{5}{2}\\\Rightarrow -2.5  .

     c)

         (-3)-2\\\Rightarrow -5.
