I am an old book. I have survived for five years. I am in such condition that nobody wants to read me.
I ma kept in the corner of the library. The readers made this condition. They read me but failed to take care of me….This is the reason why I am not in use. members of nopkin Do you want to know how I have come to this condition….
Five years back when I was brought. I was a new book. My owner bound me. All the readers were very eager to read me. I was kept in the first shelf of the library. Readers got me issued and read me but they failed to look after me. They left me where they read. Some left me in the hot sun and some in the heavy rain, some threw me under the table and some left me open. My condition was becoming bad. I remembered one particular incident which did me much harm. One day a reader whose name was Tsheten was issued with me. He took me with him to his house. He kept me in good condition for one or two days and after that he was doing the same thing. I was lying here and there. One day some of his friend came to his house and invited him to play. They took him out…you know what he left me outside the house and it was monsoon season…as I have feared it started raining very heavily and I got wet. Some of my pages were torn and some got wet. My condition was not very good. He came back and took me to his own room. When the heat of sun was fine he kept me under the sun. It did not help much. Some pages were still torn and some were missing. Tsheten took me back to the library and got me deposited smartly. My owner did not notice me and my condition remained the same…
It is my sincere request to all the members of this reader that when you are reading the book please do pay attention to the book and take outmost care of it other wise like tsheten your name too will be reflected one day or other on some article
