Well honestly speaking it depends on how strong your concepts are. But still taking a foundation course is always advantageous because weekly advanced exams are conducted and that way u train yourself to gather your wits for 3 hrs anddue to foundation course there are many teachers to guide you as to how to study ,what to study ,they have a very gud idea. So overall cracking IIT might be difficult without a foundation course
