I have noticed that my friend is behaving rudely with the bus driver.What can i do?

When anyone behaves rudely either in a public place or in private it is our bounden duty to bring in a bit of sanity to the situation by intervening in the matter. Exhibiting rudeness is a human failing, which can go further out of control if the person is immediately reprimanded. So,I decided to very gently tell my friend to keep quiet and listen to what I had to say. Fortunately, respecting our close relationship, he quietened down and decided to listen to me.
I explained to him under how much pressure the bus drivers in our city ply their vehicles; the busy traffic, the dust and smoke, the bullying by the policemen, the uncooperative passengers and so on. Subsequently, I also told him it was unbecoming of him to misbehave with an older person. When he appeared to have cooled down sufficiently, I told him not to disgrace his family and school by this kind of behaviour in future.

First of all find out the reason. What is it that is annoying him. If it is genuine try to help him out so that he will not have to be rude to get his work done.
If he is being rude for no reason then talk to him and tell him the importance of being polite and remind him that he is educated and is studying in a good school. Good manners show that a person is cultured.
Tell him that by being rude he will get a bad name for his parents, teachers and himself.
