I have one problem i dont solve the sum of algebra add and substract etc

in all three we use
(a+b) (a-b)= a^2-b^2

in first sum
(2x+7x) (2x-7x)=(2x)^2 - (7x)^2
=4x^2 -7x^2
=-3x^2
