First find circumference of the circular track which he walked once...

Circumference of circle = 2πr
= 2×22/7×14
= 88 metre
He walked 88 m in one round...
--------------------------------------
So in 20 rounds he walk
= 88×20
= 1760 metre
--------------------------------------
Now convert the speed to metre from kilometre...
= 4×1000/60×60
= 10/9 metre/second
--------------------------------------
so, finally
Total distance
= -----------------------
Speed
= 1760/(10/9)
= (1760×9)/10
= 1584 seconds...
