I have skinny fat,I started its workout since 4 weeks but not able to get any results( not even little),I don't eat junk food also, what to do

Oily food is the other reason for gaining weight, try cycling or walking every day for at least an hour, also do jumping jacks keep an diet track to reduce ur food schedule
