I HAVE STAGE FEAR!
HOW CAN I OVERCOME IT???

By keeping r problem aside
Breath and go on d stage den u see ull feel so comfortable
same thing happen with me!!! when i am with my friends i speak very much. My friends also say "i speak a lot".But when there is time to speak in front of other i can not express my views properly

i have also same problem but when judjes are there
if no judge so dont look to ur parents so u dont have the fear

firstly u have to gain your confidence then dont see the audience it will make u nervous just speak speak and speak.............
