I have these unusual green lines over 3 areas on my lenovo tablet. Can someone please tell me what is it and whether it can be fixed on home or I need to go to the service centre?

Do you have any antivirus software downloaded or installed on your computer? For example, if you're having Quick Heal Antivirus Program, then you'll have these green lines on your desktop window or when you open a program like Google Chrome or something like that, it happens because antivirus software starts invigilating every search that you make during your use of that program
