I have this issue that I feel literally stressed out before a math exam and even though I have studied I feel anxious. how do I release my stress.?

before attending the exam You have to meditate for sometime and make your self calm, peaceful. you should not discuss anything with your friends before attending the exam.

I also have the same problem as you.I feel really anxious before a math exam. Before my board a friend of mine in brainly gave me some tips.I shall tell them to you.
1)As you said you have prepared well then you can try solving math question papers the night before exam.It helps you to be more confident.
2) Meditate: It also helps you to make you feel calm.And I believe it will also improve your concentration skills.
3) Don't read all the questions: Usually questions are given 15minutes before the exam.Don't read the whole question.Try solving one by one.If you read the whole question.Then if you find one uncommon,you will spend the whole time thinking about that question.Then your other answers might turn wrong.
