i have to complete 12 SYLLABUS in 11th is it right?... or i have to focus on 11th & iit jee....?

you should focus on 11th je preparation because it is also important in uit exam.

in physics you should focus on rotation motion,fluid,shm,waves.

in maths : complex number, trigonometry, binomial,PNC, quadratic.

in chemistry , some basic concept,chemical bonding, thermodynamics, equilibrium,s and p block, goc, hydrocarbon.
