I suggest you that you should take yellow chart.

on top write with block letters or calligraphy hand writing- consumer rights.

use slogans, give consumers help line no. ,

don't fill the whole charts with pictures , if it is possible use animation images , showing awareness of the topic. paste simple pictures , do not any design of like people probably do of flowers and so on, it looks weird.

at the end write your name in simple letters , no block letters no calligraphy , like Made by :- Ram/ Sita

make a proper boundary of chart , simple one ..
