i have to write a complaint to my school principal telling about inconvinence on ptm for parking. please write a formal complaint for me. the complaint should tell that the ptm timing was 1:40-2:30. most of the parents had problem in coming at this time on thursday...which is a working day. parents were not allowed to park their cars in side school coz buses were parked and students were taking the buses at that time. most of the parents had to park cars on main road which lead a jam. please help me to write a complaint covering all the content. please help,......:(
