chloroform mainly affects central nervous system , liver , kidney and even skin...
when large amt chloroform touches your skin it causes sores.
By inhalation in humans it results in affecting your lungs including hepatitis and central nervous system effects such as depression and irritability.

hope this helps.

nisha7921: N2O ( nitrous oxide) this slows down as it affects your brain and body responses, and thes effect of drug depends on how the person has inhaled . inhalation of N2O causes the feeling of calmness ,relaxation and euphoria ( an extremely strong feeling of happiness) ..
