Question

I have very deep indentations that are finger deep. I only have noticed recently.
They're are 2 different shapes on each side of my head about 2 inches up from the bottom of my skull.
They appeared about 4 years ago but it wasn't as bad as it is now. It so sore I cannot sleep on my back at all.
Why?
