Your sentence is grammatically correct. 'To have a walk' is similar to such phrases as 'to have a shower / lunch, etc. The phrase 'to take a walk' is a synonym of 'to have a walk'. 'To go for a walk' is not appropriate in your case because it is used rather for an intention to walk than a process of walking.

No it doesn't make any sense.
It should be:
- I have been walking.
- I had been Walking
In order for a sentence to be grammatically correct, the subject and verb must both be singular or plural. In other words, the subject and verb must agree with one another in their tense. If the subject is in plural form, the verb should also be in plur al form (and vice versa).
