Asteroids with a 1 km (0.62 mi) diameter strike Earth every 500,000 years on average. Large collisions – with 5 km (3 mi) objects – happen approximately once every twenty million years.

I do not think there is any big asteroids incoming and it is very rare for them to come. Sometimes they are predictable and sometimes they come whenever! But no news right now...

However, Large asteroid will fly by the Earth next month, but won't hit us, reassures NASA.
