13 (y - 4) - 3(y - 9) - 5(y + 4) = 0
or, 13y - 52 - 3y + 27 - 5y - 20 = 0
or, 13y - 3y - 5y = 52 - 27 + 20
or, 5y = 45
or, y = 45/5 = 9
