Usually people who have been in failures think lowly or discouraged about themselves . The head of families of 2 reactions , one they re-encourage and support them to re-try , two they support to try another line or discourage them.

Usually , people think that they can't success in their entire life again as they have failed once . They never tried to do that thing and gives up before trying only.

The heads of family appreciate then when they fail , say that ' You can do it'.
