ANSWER

ANSWERThe light-harvesting complex (LHC) is an arrangement of protein and chlorophyll molecules implanted in the thylakoid membrane of plants, which transfer light energy to a chlorophyll molecule at the reaction center of a photosystem. The LHC is also known as antennae complex. The antenna pigments are primarily chlorophyll, xanthophyll, and carotenes. Chlorophyll a is known as the main pigment. Each antenna complex has average 300 pigment molecules in its reaction centre.
