I I want to know why our body cannot make food from carbon dioxide water minerals like plants do

Explanation:

This is because in the cell of the plant there are organelles known as plastids. Specifically the chloroplasts are the plastid containing chlorophyll(a green coloured pigment responsible for photosynthesis) due to which photosynthesis occurs. Our human cell lack that organalle. So we are unable to produce food from CO2.
