Step-by-step explanation:

 {5}^{2x}  = 125 \\ {5}^{2x}   =  {5}^{3}  \\ 2x = 3 \\ x = 1.5

 {10}^{y}  =  {10}^{ - 4} \\ y =  - 4

so,

2x + 3y = 2 \times 1.5 + 3 \times ( - 4) \\  = 3 - 12 \\  =  - 9 \\

1. 5^(2x) = 5^3
2x = 3
x = 3/2

2. 10^y = 10^(-4)
y = -4

Putting the values in 2x+3y

2(3/2) + 3(-4)=
= 3 -12 = -9

Therefore,
Your answer is -9.
