Step-by-step explanation:

The ratio of height of both the cones = 1 : 3

Let height of 1st cone = 1

height of 2nd cone = 3

The ratio of radii of both the cones = 3 : 1

Let radius of 1st cone = 3

Radius of 2nd cone = 1

Ratio of volume of both the cones = Volume of 1st cone / volume of 2nd cone

Volume of cone = πr^2×h/3

π is removed since its common in both sides

=3×3 ×1 / 1×1×3

=9/3

=3/1 = 3:1 is the ratio of volume of both the cones
