Given Centre of the circle is 'O' and segment AB is a diameter .

Point M is an exterior point of the Circle.

Join A and B to M .

AM intersecting circle at point C . Join B to C .

<ACB = 90° ( Angle in semicircle ).

BCM is a right angled triangle .

Now, <AMB < 90° .

Therefore.,

<AMB is an acute angle .
