Explanation:

Answer 1:

The King and his friends went out on a hunting trip in a joyous and merry mood. They went out with the purpose to have a days sport.

They were shouting and laughing around as they made their way to the woods.

Answer 2:

When the King gathered water in his silver cup, he was just about to drink it and a whirring sound was heard. The king saw that his hawk had knocked over his cup of water.

Answer 3:

The hawk knocked down the cup because he had foreseen that there was a deadly snake poisoning the water of the stream and his master was about to drink the same water from his silver cup. He wanted to save his master which is why he knocked the cup over.

Answer 4:

The King tried to drink the water several times but the hawk every time swooped down and knocked over the cup of water. As a result of his action the King swung his sword and that led to him getting hurt. He was lying on the rocky surface, bleeding.
