its has ionic bond as it exists NH₄⁺ion and NO₃⁻ion.there is covalent bond between nitrogen and oxygen exists . it has both sigma and pi bonds

it has coordinate bond also as the lone pair of electron on nitrogen is denoted to H.

NH₄NO₃ exists as NH₄⁺ and NO₃⁻

H =  1/2 ( valence electron of the central atom + number of surrounding atom - cation + anion )

N in NH₄⁺

H = 1/2 ( 5  + 4 - 1 =0)

=4

thus the hybridisation  is SP³

N in NO₃⁻

H = 1/2 ( 5 + 0 - 0 + 1)

=3

tuhs the hybridisation is SP²
