yes,centripetal force acting on earth towards centre and centrifugal force acting away the earth that's why the earth around the sun

According to newtons 1st law of motion an object tends to be in uniform motion unless there is an external force.When the object is get curved we can say that external force is acting.That is the centripetal force which push the object.Again according to Newtons 3rd law of motion every force has a equal and opposite reaction.Therefore we can say that centrifugal is reactive force of centripetal force.
