↪Actually welcome to the Concept of the SHM ....

↪Basically the KINETIC ENERGY in SHM IS GIVEN BY

⭐↪K.E. = 1/2 K ( A^2 - X^2 )

↪since we know that. ..

↪K = M w^2

↪substituting we get as ...

↪K.E = 1/2 M w^2 ( A^2 - X^2 )

↪since here , M= 10 kg , A = 10 m , X = 5 m and w = pi

[0010001111]... Hello User... [1001010101]
Here's your answer...

m = 10 kg
A = 10 m
T = 2 s
Equation of SHM is x = A sin(wt+§)
where x is the displacement from the mean position and § is the initial phase.

Since the particle starts from the mean position, its §=0

T = 2 pi/w
w = pi

5 = 10 sin (pi×t)
pi×t = pi/6
t = 1/6 second

v = Aw cos wt
= 10×pi×3^½/2
= 5 pi root 3

KE = ½mv² = ½×10×25×pi²×3
≈ 3701.1 J
