i just need what x and y intercepts would be ,Graph the lines by finding the points of intersection with the axes (intercepts):
y=2x+2
y=− 1/2 x −1
y=4x+8
y=−3x+6
y=2.5x+5

Answer:

Intercept of y is 2 and x is - 1

Intercept of y is - 1 and x is -2

Step-by-step explanation:

Intercept of x and y are

y = 2 x + 2

y - 2 x = 2

Divide both by 2, we get

y/2 + ( - x) = 1

Intercept of y is 2 and x is - 1

y = -  1/2 x −1

y + 1/2 x = - 1

- y + (- 1/2 x) = 1

Intercept of y is - 1 and x is -2

and so on you can find out the intercept of other equation.
