I keep 20 rupees on the table and the other person keeps 20 rupees on the table. if he takes the 40 rupees which were on the table and give me 30 rupees from his pocket who is in loss ?

Other person is in the loss because he had taken 40 rs and given 30rs to you so je is in loss because 10rs only remain with him.
