I kept a frog in a jar covered with a lid , giving it food and water. I found the frog dead after a day.anyone can answer with logic ​

Because the jar was covered with a lid there was less oxygen present inside it and when frog went inside the jar he inhaled all the oxygen in due course of time leaving behind carbon dioxide .... So, although you were supplying the frog with food and water but since there was no fresh air with oxygen the frog couldn't make it alive the next day... There is also a solution to this question that put the frog into the jar and make small pores or holes on the lid so that air can pass in and go out....Then the frog would have adapted to the situation....
