Answer:

Solutions:

money invested = 700

time period = 1 year

amount = 900

so,

amount = principal + interest

900= (700 + interest)

interest = ( 900-700)

interest = 200

so,

interest = principal *time *rate /100

200= 700×1×rate/100

rate = (200/7)%

rate and time will be same!

interest = p×r×t/100

I = p× 200/7×1÷100

I = p×1/7

amount = p+I

1350 = p+(p/7)

1350= 8p/7

p= (1350×7)/8

principal = 1181.25
