I know how to solve numericals of accounts, but seriously if asked about my GK I seriously don't know what SHARE and DEBENTURES actually means....
Simple meaning I know but I wanna to know about these both more detailed.

Share is the capital of the company, butDebenture is the debt of the company. The shares represent ownership of the shareholders in the company. On the other hand, debentures represent indebtedness of the company.
