I know that if two bulbs 220V 100W and 220V60W are connected in series, the second will glow brighter, but can some one explain the reason please.....no irrelevant answer please

Explanation:
This is an elementary problem, you know that
1. the lower wattage bulb will have higher resistance.
2. both bulbs in series will have the same current.
3. power is I^2 *R, so the bulb with the higher resistance ( the 60watt bulb ) will have more power so it will dissipate more heat and glow higher than the 100w bulb.
