Resources are very essential for any development activity because , let's take an example -- we want to increase the productivity of a factory by increasing number of furniture it makes party so for increasing the productivity we require more and more words now we know that wood is a natural resource similarly human resource will also be required for increasing productivity of factory and resources are vital for any development activity
