The industries which are built near the water resources such as lake , ponds, rivers e.t.c.

emit a large number of waste products through cannals which got mixed up with the water thus,

decreasing the quality of the respiratory gases which are present in water such as oxygen and carbon- dioxide

which are intake by the aquatic animals and plants. As a result , due to unavailability of these respiratory gases a large number of fishes are killed.
