hey mate no need to worry about this

u can find mole by any given term by using this table.
while calculating the mole from given mass you should divide it by that element's molar mass .

while calculating the mole from given number you should divide it by avagardo number.

similarly while calculating the mole from given volume you should divide it by 22.4
