i knw it is 1:1 ....but the ratio can be less than 1 also and equal to 1 also right?

If the ratio is 1:1 it means tht both are equal. It will not be less than 1 rather it will be equal to 1.

Nope it's not like that.

The ratio 1 : 1 tells that both the average velocity and average speed are equal.

If ratio comes out 1:1 this means both the quantities you have taken are equal in their magnitude.
