I learn hindi properly but as soon as i enter the exam hall i forget some stuff.Why is it so? This happens in Arabic as well.(I have arabic since i live in UAE).What can i do

Firstly you have to concentrated in what you are studying do meditation regularly I also had the same problem but now it is cleared and I am scoring good
