Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.

Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action.

Example: I am eating food. (Active)

               Food is being eaten by me. (Passive)

I let him go. (Active)

He was let go by me. (Passive)

  • When the given sentence is universal truth then the sentence cannot be changed.
