Dear Diary
I was a little anxious about my luncheon appointment at Foyot’s today, but now I am terrified. The lady says she doesn't eat much and doesn't believe in 'overloading' the stomach, but that is exactly what she has been doing! She has been ordering one expensive thing after another from caviar to asparagus and stuffing herself with it all. I didn't realise that one has to pay such a huge price for having a fan! I was probably better off without the fan and the luncheon. Now I need to go on a diet for the next one month, starting tonight, because someone else ate too much!
