i logged in a phone and deleted brainly app
after few days my sis created account in it
but all my notification s come in that phone
how to solve this

You created your account with email.when delete barinly you just deleted brainly not the email .So , When your sis log in your account comes back in app the app and all notification also.So, If you want to delete brainly permanently then you have delete its account.But if your sister will again downlod it it will be downloaded but another account will be created .If don't want get notification on top of status bar then go to setting <notification <brainly .And turn off them .That's all
