I'm 16, and I'm going to a small town school with only 300 people on a good day. We have little funds and our school is filled with racism we have a single person of color in the whole school. sexism and homophobia, does anyone have and ideas as to how I can try to make my school more safe for woman, lgbtq members and the single person of color. I need ways to help make my school safer and help make it easier for the kids around me to live well and learn well. I don't know how though, I can't help much but I wanna try.

Hey Warrior ,

first of congratulations for being different than 99% people out there.

im not a social worker but i have some suggestions which may help

Step to stop racism

  1. Never talk about RACISM in front of kids or anywhere.
  2. if they know what is racism it means either their friend circle of parent teaching have done that
  3. Organise some group activities this may help.
  4. Why dont you try PICNIC at some calm place not too big suitable yet affordable.
  5. organising Langars and Group lunch are also good

This may help not too much but a litttle bit last but not least

*****Have a nice day* ******
