snow is a form of water so hence the colour of water is white show the colour of snow is also white... because it is pure form of water... and it is formed due to the melting of water or Ice...

The colour of snow is white because the light bounces off the ice crystals and the reflected light contains all colours which combine to make a white colour when we look to the ice.
